How fast can you start?

Our AI sourcing and interviews run all the time, so for common domains we can often put a shortlist in front of you soon after scoping. Rare specialties take longer. We give you a realistic timeline on the first call.

Is there a minimum engagement?

We scope to what you need. You can start with a small pilot, check the quality yourself, and scale once you're confident.

How do you price?

Pricing depends on the domain, the volume, and how much you want us to manage. We quote after a short scoping call. Our AI handles sourcing and first interviews, so we don't carry the overhead of a large recruiting team. That's how we keep rates low without cutting corners on who we hire.

How do you make sure the quality is high?
