Refer a company. Earn up to $50,000.

AI labs are paying enormous amounts for company data. Make the intro and earn a referral fee when they sign. We handle everything from there.

What our partners earn per referral.

Your intro starts the chain. Half the owners who've gotten on a call with us so far have referred at least one other owner, and you earn on those too.

  • $50,000

For a company whose deal is over $1M

When a company you refer signs a data license worth more than $1 million.

  • $10,000

For every other company that signs

For every qualified company you refer that signs a data license.

  • +$5,000

    For every company they refer

When a company you referred introduces another that signs within 12 months. Paid to you on top.

Fees are paid only on qualified referrals, after Ventra receives payment for the deal.

The labs need private company data.

The public internet has been used up. The labs need private company data, and every owner is sitting on years of it.

We can't take legal, healthcare, financial services or accounting companies right now.

Questions partners ask.

When do I get paid?

After the company signs its data license and Ventra receives payment from the buyer. That's typically 30 to 60 days after signing. Before your first payment we collect a W-9, and you're paid as an independent contractor (1099).

How does the $5,000 second tier work?

When a company you referred introduces another company that's new to Ventra, and that company signs a data license within 12 months, you earn $5,000. It must be recorded as their referral when it comes in.

Do I have to sell anything?

No. You make the introduction. We explain the program, size the data, bring the offer and handle the contract.

What makes a company a good referral?

A company with 30+ full-time US employees and 3+ years of history, where the work runs through software like email, a CRM, tickets or an ERP. We can't take legal, healthcare, financial services or accounting companies right now.

Does it cost the owner anything?

No. Your fee comes from us, not from the company you refer.

How do I get credit for an intro?

Everything happens in your partner account: your referral link, the intro email template and your referral list. Register the company there first, or have it come in through your referral link or an email intro that copies us. We confirm within 2 business days whether it's accepted as your referral. If two partners register the same company, the first accepted registration gets credit.

Can the fees change?

Yes. Fees are subject to change. AI lab pricing is volatile and changes week to week; one lab did 50 deals in a single week, ranging from $100,000 to $2 million. We can change fees for future referrals with notice. A referral already registered keeps the fee in effect when it was registered.

What counts as a qualified referral?

All of these must be true. You're an active partner with a signed partner agreement before you register the company. The company is new to Ventra, meaning it's not already in our database, pipeline or in conversation with us. It meets our criteria (30+ full-time US employees, 3+ years, and not in a regulated industry). And it signs a data license within 12 months of registration. It's not your own company or your employer.

What if the company is already in your system?

Then it isn't eligible, and no fee is paid. We check every registration against our records and tell you within 2 business days.

Should I tell owners I'm paid for the intro?

Yes, every time. The partner agreement requires it, and so do FTC rules on endorsements.
